In this document, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Lumenith Spark Solutions Private Limited, and “you,” “your,” and “users” refer to anyone who places an order on Sleekwear. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms in this policy.
You may cancel any order at no cost provided it has not entered our fulfilment workflow.
Once we begin packaging or dispatch preparations, cancellations are no longer possible. At that point, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for assistance.
Orders for bespoke or custom‑produced items cannot be revoked once production has commenced.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment instrument you used at checkout.
You can expect to see the refunded amount in your account within 5 to 7 business days of our approval. We’ll send you an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
We retain the authority to revise or modify these terms without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time you cancel governs your request. If we suspect fraudulent or prohibited activity, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
